Responsibilities

  • Support end-users in a variety of IT-related queries.

  • Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Perform proactive monitoring of systems to prevent downtime.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of IT support experience
