Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting end-users in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users in troubleshooting computer issues.
• Set up and configure new laptops and desktops.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Respond to IT inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Implement updates and patches on software applications.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role

Technical Skills

• Windows OS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Linux: Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems is advantageous.
• Experience with remote desktop applications: Experience using remote desktop tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
