Responsibilities

• Manage oil and gas projects from conception through execution.
• Perform technical evaluations of drilling and production techniques.
• Guide junior engineers and support their development.
• Optimise production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop strategies for addressing environmental concerns.
• Conduct workshops and training for team members on new technologies.
• Monitor industry trends and advances to keep the company competitive.
• Foster collaboration with other engineering disciplines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in petroleum engineering are a plus

• 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas sectors
