Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for our internal teams in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software to help troubleshoot issues and maintain efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees on IT systems.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Support the implementation of IT solutions for business needs.
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Stay current with technology trends to improve IT support services.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or Computer Science
Experience
  • 3+ years of IT support experience

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
