Job Description

Seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager for our Cape Town location. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The right candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of store operations, including staff management and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure the store meets visual standards and is well-maintained.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
  • Engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate store performance metrics and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a retail management role
