Job Description

The Fleet Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to enhance vehicle longevity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fleet maintenance processes and implement improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols.
• Provide recommendations for vehicle replacement and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• N3 or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• Specialized training in fleet operations preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet management
