Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Assist with the setup of workstations for new employees.
• Update and maintain documentation of IT procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to users on software applications.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into the company.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT support preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
