Job Description

We are in search of an IT Service Desk Technician to provide exceptional support to our users. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT requests, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage service desk performance metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with training new staff on IT systems and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role
