Responsibilities

• Employ A/B testing methodologies to gauge the success of website changes.
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to enhance site aesthetics and usability.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing initiatives.
• Manage ongoing reporting and performance monitoring efforts.
• Utilize heat mapping and user session recording tools to understand user journeys.
• Create user segmentation and targeting strategies based on analytics insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Analytics or Data Science preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics and digital marketing
