Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be analysing complex data sets to help our business make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, data visualization, and experience with data mining and modelling techniques. Your insights will shape our strategies and enhance performance across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyse and interpret complex data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data extraction and processing systems.
• Lead in the development of dashboards for business intelligence.
• Create, maintain, and document analytics processes and procedures.
• Assist in the training of junior analysts and staff on data tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles

• Python
• SQL

Certifications

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Tableau Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
