Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.
• Educate clients on the importance of savings, investments, and insurance.
• Regularly update clients on their financial performance and potential market changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or related discipline
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial advising and planning

Technical Skills

• Financial Modelling
• Tax Planning

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)
• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic

• Proven sales experience in financial services: Experience in sales strategies and client acquisition.
