Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to take charge of bookkeeping and accounting duties. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of accounting regulations and practices to help our organisation stay profitable and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce financial reporting policies and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity.
• Review financial data for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Implement efficient and accurate accounting systems.
• Provide insights on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Assist with strategic planning by forecasting financial trends.
• Monitor market trends and provide reports on their impact.
• Collaborate with legal on regulatory compliance matters.
• Analyze financial performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Conduct financial research to support organisational objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Additional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting

Technical Skills

• Budget Management
• SAP or Oracle

Certifications

• CCMA certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
