Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial control.
• Facilitate communication across all levels to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain effective communication with the project team.
• Review and approve project documentation and change orders.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
