Responsibilities

• Create spatial designs that reflect the client’s lifestyle and needs.
• Source and recommend sustainable and eco-friendly materials where possible.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for design projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including interior contractors and clients, to ensure design vision is realised.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

• 3D Visualization
• Material Selection

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Interior Design Society (IDS) Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Software proficiency in Revit: Experience in using Revit for building information modeling (BIM).
• Strong understanding of building codes: Knowledge of local building regulations and codes.
