Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support clients through the entire transaction process from initiation to closure.
• Advise on financial restructuring and equity financing options.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution, dealing with corporate finance.
