• Lead the store’s operation ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Supervise staff training and development to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate stock management and merchandise displays.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Audit financial transactions and oversee budgets.
• Forge strong vendor partnerships to enhance product offerings.
• Track sales metrics and evaluate store performance.
• Leverage online tools and social media for sales growth.
• Actively participate in community events to promote the brand.
• Ensure the store is compliant with all health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of a Matric certificate or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in business, music, or marketing preferred
• Inventory Management Proficient in managing inventory and stock levels efficiently.
• Sales Analysis Skilled in analyzing sales data for strategic improvements.
• Leadership Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Customer Service Exceptional skills in providing outstanding customer experiences.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Visual Merchandising Skills: Experience in creating appealing store displays to attract customers.
• Musical Knowledge: Background in music or familiarity with music instruments is a plus.
