Job Description

In this role as a Patching Machine Operator, you will manage high-speed patching machines to rectify defects in paperboard cartons and boxes. This hands-on position requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality, helping ensure our products meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed patching machines.
• Check and adjust machine settings to meet various product requirements.
• Perform quality checks and document findings.
• Keep the workstation organized and free from hazards.
• Assist with inventory counts related to packaging materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Implement feedback from supervisors to improve operations.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in packaging or related field.
