Child, Family, and School Social Worker

Job Description

As a Child, Family, and School Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to families in distress. You will develop individualized support plans and advocate for children's rights, working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage individualized support plans for children and families.
• Provide advocacy and support in navigating systems such as education and healthcare.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community resources and stakeholders.
• Document all case notes and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in training and community outreach programs.
• Attend team meetings and share insights to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations is advantageous
