Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Manager to lead our initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee project development, manage budgets, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for program staff.
• Manage the organization's public image and community relations.
• Identify funding opportunities and develop strategies for funding growth.
• Evaluate training needs and implement professional development initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and volunteers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in non-profit leadership roles
