Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze and report on financial performance.
• Implement and monitor budget controls.
• Advise management on financial strategies.
• Support audit activities, both internal and external.
• Train junior accounting staff as needed.
• Maintain financial data integrity and security.
• Engage with stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience highly preferred

• Microsoft Excel
• Auditing

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with business intelligence software: Skills in using BI tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
