We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will handle project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closing.
• Foster effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Analyze project performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct project audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects in a relevant sector

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certified
