Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local planning and development regulations.
  • Manage the project team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor and manage construction costs to mitigate overspending.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry standards and trends.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team.
  • Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the project.
  • Audit project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 8+ years of experience in construction projects management
