Job Description

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager who can lead our construction teams and manage projects from inception to completion in Cape Town. Applicants should have a proven track record in the construction industry and be adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare reports on project progress for senior management.
• Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Assist in the selection of materials and vendors for projects.
• Encourage team collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role ideally within residential and commercial projects.
