• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and agents regarding application status and policy terms.
• Assist in training junior underwriters and support staff.
• Maintain and update records of applications and decisions.
• Monitor performance and report on underwriting statistics regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in underwriting is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance underwriting or a related field
