Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Assist in keeping the customer support database up to date and accurate.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
