Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Security Engineer at CyberGuard Solutions, you will be responsible for securing critical infrastructure, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and developing security policies. You will work closely with our team to improve safety protocols and effectively manage security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and respond to alerts.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Design secure architecture for applications and infrastructure.
• Produce detailed reports on security incidents and assessments.
• Assist in developing user access controls and permissions.
• Work closely with development teams to implement security best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Certifications in Cybersecurity (CISM, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
