Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health challenges and possess the skills to support, guide, and empower clients on their path to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients based on trust.
• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions on mental health.
• Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
• Document and track client progress during therapy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology or Counseling

Experience

• 3+ years in mental health counseling preferred
