This role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documents and specifications for our products and services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and clarity in our documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Review product specifications and ensure all technical content is accurate.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to develop content.
• Edit technical documents for style and consistency.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure thorough documentation.
• Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience with manuals.
• Manage the documentation process and keep track of document versions.
• Utilize technical tools for documentation management.
• Assist in the creation of training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing on product-related content.

Advantageous

• Experience in User Interface (UI) design principles: Knowledge of UI design to enhance user manuals and guides.
• Familiarity with XML and HTML: Skills in using XML and HTML for web-based documentation.
