Job Description

As a Key Account Executive, you will manage and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for building rapport, and a deep understanding of the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success through our services.
  • Analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and provide value-added recommendations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align client campaigns with their business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive long-term growth.
  • Attend industry events to cultivate relationships and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall revenue targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience
  • 5+ years of successful track record in account management
