We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they have a great shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products to enhance sales.
• Assist in managing inventory, tracking merchandise, and conducting stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Actively engage with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues and provide information about products and services.
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Higher certificate in retail management is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
