You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates that align with our clients' needs while fostering long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Human Resources

Experience

• 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience across multiple industries, including IT and finance.

Technical Skills

• Boolean Search Techniques

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
