Learning and Development Manager

Job Description

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will strategise and execute training and development initiatives that cultivate a skilled and adaptable workforce. Foster a culture of continuous learning and facilitate workshops and seminars to keep our teams at the forefront of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and execute learning initiatives across the organization.
• Assess training needs and design tailored learning experiences.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment of training solutions with business objectives.
• Research and implement new training methods and technologies.
• Arrange logistics for training sessions including scheduling and venue selection.
• Create a mentorship programme to support skill development among employees.
• Promote an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued in training processes.
• Monitor compliance training and ensure all required training is completed in a timely manner.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to encourage knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development or HR
