We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage and oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality and adherence to budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of project management processes.
• Assure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Implement best practices and tools for project management across teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
• Analyze data to forecast project performance and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the delivery of projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management or related qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of applicable experience in project management

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
