This role is critical in promoting overall health and managing patient care, with duties ranging from conducting assessments to implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Offer guidance and support for patients and their families.
• Document patient progress and maintain thorough records.
• Respond to patient feedback and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.
• Evaluate new therapeutic techniques and incorporate them as applicable.
• Support administrative tasks related to patient management.
• Participate in staff training and mentoring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector preferably in rehabilitation services
