Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Bloemfontein. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating health conditions, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medication. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing patient care and health education within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient health status and create individualized care plans.
  • Prescribe and monitor medications and treatment regimens.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in patient care.
  • Lead community outreach health initiatives.
  • Document all clinical encounters in patient files.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse with advanced practice certification
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
