Responsibilities

• Design and analyze foundations, slopes, and retaining structures.
• Conduct laboratory testing of soil and rock samples.
• Coordinate with geologists and environmental engineers as needed.
• Assure quality control of geotechnical work and adherence to project specifications.
• Take part in design reviews and project presentations.
• Maintain records of all testing and investigations conducted.
• Engage in professional development and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure effective communication with clients throughout project life cycle.
• Perform risk assessments related to ground conditions.
• Lead fieldwork teams and supervise data collection efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
