We're on the lookout for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences across various online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to grow online presence.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize outreach efforts and improve user engagement.
• Manage the company's online reputation and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Analyze competitor strategies to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
• Develop promotional materials for various online platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for collaborative campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports for marketing leadership.
• Train and mentor junior marketing team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Media is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles
