Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and online help documentation. Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain internal and external documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation matches product offerings.
• Produce illustrative content, such as diagrams and flowcharts, to support written content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Assist with training materials for new software releases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or product documentation
