Job Description

Join us as a Healthcare Administrator where you will contribute to the efficient running of our healthcare services by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. We're looking for an organized individual with a strong background in healthcare administration, capable of working with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of healthcare facilities.
  • Manage patient scheduling systems to enhance access.
  • Supervise administrative staff and conduct performance reviews.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders and community representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration is an asset
