UX Designer

Job Description

Join our growing design team as a UX Designer, driving user-centered design initiatives. You'll be tasked with crafting elegant solutions informed by user feedback and analytics. Responsibilities

• Facilitate user interviews and surveys to gather insights for design decisions.
• Design user interface components and layouts that are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are translated accurately into functional products.
• Provide regular reports on user feedback and recommend design improvements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative input and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design or related field
• Relevant UX certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• InVision
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified Human Factors Specialist
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile UI/UX design: Proficient in designing for iOS and Android platforms.
