Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support and administration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management.
• Experience with Cisco Networking Equipment: Experience configuring and managing Cisco network devices.
