Responsibilities
Coordinate with IT and design teams to enhance website features and optimize e-commerce functionality.
Implement A/B testing for marketing strategies and web pages to maximize conversions.
Establish partnerships with online payment gateways and shipping providers.
Set and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
Lead customer feedback initiatives to improve product offerings and service quality.
Educate the team on best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
