We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations and lead a team of associates.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
Conduct training programs for new staff and ongoing training for current employees.
Set performance goals and conduct regular assessments.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare quarterly budget forecasts and manage expenditures.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Retail Management or similar qualification
Experience
3+ years in a senior store management role
