• Oversee all store operations and lead a team of associates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
• Conduct training programs for new staff and ongoing training for current employees.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular assessments.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare quarterly budget forecasts and manage expenditures.

• Diploma in Retail Management or similar qualification
• Inventory Management Systems Experience with systems to track and manage inventory efficiently.
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems Proficient in using POS systems for inventory and sales tracking.
• Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Negotiation Skills Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
• Certified Store Manager (CSM)
• English (Fluent)
• Xhosa (Conversational)

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms: Understanding of integrating online sales with in-store operations.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage store projects and implement new initiatives effectively.
