Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of clinical trials, collaborating with healthcare teams to evaluate new treatments and therapies, ensuring protocol compliance and participant safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement trial protocols in collaboration with the research team.
• Assess the suitability of clinical sites for studies.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively for trials.
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to by clinical staff.
• Work closely with data management teams to ensure quality data collection.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss trial progress.
• Handle participant queries and provide support for any concerns.
• Collaborate on publication of trial results in scientific journals.
• Provide feedback on protocols and related processes.
• Develop and manage trial budgets, timelines, and logistical needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Post-graduate qualification in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials management
