Command and Control Center Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Command and Control Center Specialists with a strong background in aerospace control and warning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Theater Air Control System (TACS) to support air defense operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot technical issues related to radar systems and communication networks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for operational protocols.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on defense technologies.
• Participate in simulations and drills to prepare for real-time scenarios.
• Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• Experience in air defense operations is beneficial

Technical Skills

• AWACS Operations
• Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certifications relevant to military operations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with TACS systems: Hands-on experience with Theater Air Control Systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of air defense strategies: Deep understanding of air defense strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
