Data Analyst

Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of data. You will also be expected to develop dashboards and reports to visualize key findings and communicate results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine data from various sources to support decision-making.
• Analyze operational data to drive improvements.
• Test and implement data models to resolve issues or inefficiencies.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Develop algorithms to identify patterns and inform product strategies.
• Participate in regular strategy meetings to contribute insights.
• Mentor junior analysts to develop their skills.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field

• R Programming
• Machine Learning

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Big Data Technologies: Experience with tools like Hadoop or Spark for data processing.
