As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for addressing technical issues and providing support to our users. Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support
