Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
• Configure user accounts and permissions as needed.
• Conduct regular assessments of IT infrastructure.
• Support the implementation of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies.
• Manage and report on IT supply inventory.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant vendor certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
