Job Description

As a Construction Manager at our growing firm, you will take charge of project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control on-site. This position demands a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and maintain a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from beginning to end.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Create reports on project progress for management.
• Implement project management best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
