Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Construction Project Engineer to oversee various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and construction document preparation.
• Supervise construction teams and assess performance.
• Implement cost-effective solutions during project implementation.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and external clients.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Certifications

• Construction Management Certification (CMIT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
